5280 Delivery (“we,” “us”) operates 5280delivery.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or request a delivery, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.
Information you give us
When you request a quote or send a message through the site, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, delivery details, and any instructions you include. We use this information to quote, schedule, and complete deliveries and to reply to your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of each request. Our security tools use this data to block abusive traffic and protect the site. Form submissions also record the IP address and browser used, which helps us separate real requests from automated spam.
Cookies and third-party services
The site does not set advertising cookies. If you log in as a site administrator, WordPress sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site; when it is active, Google sets analytics cookies and receives usage data under Google’s privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the bot protection on our forms may be provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Both services receive your IP address in order to serve those requests.

We share delivery details with the driver assigned to your job and with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our web host and email provider, only as needed for them to do their work. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our drivers, or the public.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and delivery records are kept as long as we need them for service, accounting, and claims, and are then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@5280delivery.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.
Children
The site is intended for business and adult customers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
